      Once the project is awarded one of our project manager will be in touch with you to discuss about your visions in detail to realize it in to website. Moreover, the project manager will share a questionnaire with you and will request you to fill in all details like examples, color preferences etc and based on your answers and discussion, our team will start working on the project.

    • What if I don't like the design you create?

      It’s very unlikely that the design is not up-to your expectations at all. As before we start the design, we collect all possible details to visualize the design. We generally share two or more mock-ups with color variations. Even after that you are not satisfied, please be informed that we offer 100% satisfaction & money back guarantee.

    • How many variations do I get?

      With all fixed project we offer 2 mock-ups with color variations for home page. Once the color and structure of home page is finalized we provide 1 mock-up for inner pages. All these mock-ups also come with 1 iterations. However if you need more mock-ups and/or iterations, you can discuss with your PM and he will assist you with best solution. On second hand if you have hired a dedicated designer, there is no limit on anything.

    • Do you have any hidden cost with $15/hr?
      • No, we do not have any hidden cost. This cost is for one dedicated designer with 3 years of pure web design experience. The cost for more experienced or less experienced designer is different. Please contact us to discuss about the cost associated with different levels of WordPress designers.

      In that case, we suggest you to hire a dedicated resource instead of hiring a developer or designer. In this process a resource will be working on your project daily 8:30 hours based on your requirements of your project. That is, if project needs a graphic designer, your PM will allocate a graphic designer on your project, if your project need front end developer, the front end developer will be allocated.
